"Fantastic service!"
This is my second time ordering from this company, and the service remains top-notch. The ordering process is a breeze, delivery is speedy, and the product is solid. I wouldn't buy slippers for my dad from anywhere else!

"The bed I got for my mom's place was..."
The bed I got for my mom's place turned out to be a bit too wide for the upstairs, so the installers took it back and came back with one that was just a tad smaller a few hours later. Really great service from the installers and the folks working behind the scenes.

"Fantastic Customer Support"
They were out of the mobility scooter I wanted to test, but they arranged to get one in for me. After giving it a go, I realized the plus model would suit me better, so they ordered that as well. I picked it up today, and all went smoothly. Much appreciated!

"Mobility Solutions Made My Day!"
I can't express how thankful I am to Mobility Solutions. They showed incredible patience, broke everything down for me, and were just the kindest folks! I was pretty anxious about the whole process, but they made it a breeze when I was picking out and acquiring a new Freedom Machine (mobility scooter) via Motability. I'd definitely reach out to them for assistance again, and I wholeheartedly suggest them to anyone! Huge thanks to you all!

"James visited us to talk about options..."
James came over to our place and went over what we needed, laying out three possible solutions and bringing them for my husband to try. We chose the one we felt was the best fit, and he left the mobility scooter with us on a week-long trial to make sure it was the right choice. After that week, we decided to order the scooter, which was delivered and has really given my husband back some freedom to get out and enjoy life again. "The Rollz Motion Review"
The Rollz Motion. 2 Performance has been a fantastic answer to my mobility challenges. With its solid frame, I can use it as a walker, and with a bit of assistance from my carer, it easily transforms into a wheelchair. The design of the Performance is impressive and stylish. Big thanks to the team at Mobility Solutions for their support and guidance. I also picked up some extras like a backrest and a light to ensure I stay secure in the chair and that folks can spot me when I'm out and about.

"Awesome service and speedy shipping"
Awesome service and speedy shipping. I got some mobility slippers for my father-in-law. He had a tough time putting on slippers due to swollen feet and legs with dressings. These slippers are just perfect! They open wide enough to slide his feet in easily. Plus, the firm sole is fantastic.

"Got some slippers for my Grandma"
I ordered a pair of slippers for my Grandma, but they were out of stock in the color I picked. They called me to let me know and offered another color instead. The product is fantastic—really supportive slippers with a solid grip. My 95-year-old Grandma is a big fan!

"Smooth Sailing"
The slippers appeared great and were exactly what I needed. The ordering was a breeze, and before I knew it, I got a notification that they had been sent out. They showed up the very next day - the person who received them called them 'incredible' and said they were a 'spot-on fit.' Everything went off without a hitch, and the slippers matched the description perfectly.

"The Red Cross: A Fantastic Experience"
Right from the beginning, the Red Cross has been incredible and super helpful with my mum's requirements. The reception team did a full demonstration, which was really helpful. I had never rented a wheelchair before and was a bit anxious about it. The staff were just wonderful.

"Called the Edinburgh store on Wednesday..."
I called the Edinburgh store on Wednesday afternoon, shared my reason for the call, and then got hit with some silly questions. Turns out the guy had only been there for about 3-4 weeks. I was informed that a salesman was wrapping up with another customer and would ring me back soon. Now it’s Thursday after 5pm, and I’m still waiting for that call. This isn’t great for someone on motability, so I’m thinking of taking my business elsewhere to a place that actually values my patronage.
